● The heating system is unique, advanced and long-life.

●High efficiency and energy-save nickel cauterize heating pipe is used in heating system(replacement within one year), strong hot air cycle structure , making PCB and components heating equally, high efficiency and rapid heating speed.

●The output of large current SSR is no-contact, safe and reliable, it is CARLO from Switzerland, with fuzzy controlling in temperature controller, outside temperature and heat will be monitored; temperature accuracy is ±1℃, deviation error inside of reflow oven is in ±2℃, the temperature distribution in long direction is accordance with IPC standards.

●Temperature controller is with fuzzy control and PID intelligent operation functions, by PID calculating, controlling heat automatically; fuzzy control is used to increase functionality of overshoot suppression and quick respond to the change of external heating, to ensure temperature more balance.

●Heating tubes are module design, it is convenient to maintenance and replace.

●High temperature and high speed motors are imported from Taiwan Mitsukoshi, stable running wind, little vibration and lowest noise.

●Top soldering body can be open entirely, it is convenient to clean.

●Sound and light alarm function is designed by Beijing Glichn; over low/high temperature protection function and error diagnose automatically also are used in reflow oven.

●Fast warming up, it will take 15min from room to constant temperature.

●Special SSR cooling system, quick cool and prolong machine using life.

●GLICHN reflow ovens are with anti-high temperature protection system, lead free soldering, with rosin flux recycle system in reflow soldering area.

●Import conveyor system includes continuously variable motors and stepless adjustable regulator are from Taiwan STK is used, matching turbine decreasing driver STK which is 1:150, stable running, speed is 200—1800mm/min, and digital speed display.

●Independent roller structure and splint support combined with stainless steel mesh, speed accuracy is up to ±20mm/min.

●Special stainless steel mesh is applied in reflow oven which is durable and wearable.
